Just a little bit of you. ♥ ♥
Yeah. Just a little bit of you `cause I'm going crazy here, ye know.
Ok. Enough said. Yesterday, I just came back from Choir Camp. It was soooooo fun. :D
Monday
Erm.. We went to the Hall first for some briefing then we went to the classrooms we'd be going to sleep in to put our stuffs. After that was lunch and then games. We were divided into 10 groups. I was in group 3 and my groupmates were Ka Khay, Meera, Lisa, Lydia, Cai Yi, Kaiwit and Steven. (I think that's all. :P)
The first game was, "getting to know you", haha! I invented the title a`ight. :P It went like this.. We'd write our name on the masking tape and put it on our shoulder, then we'd tell our name, class and hobbies to the next person in our group. After that, we'd "exchange identities" then we'd do the same thing again, telling other people the identity of the person you've exchanged with. Geddit? Haha! =)) I know that it's confusing. Anyway, it was quite fun though I forgot some things about some people whom I was talking about. :))
Second game was the wacko thingy. There were 20 numbers in different languages and we needed to wack it within 5mins. If we have mistakes, we needed to repeat it again. Well, Ka Khay was the one who wacked the numbers and we were just coaching her. Ermm.. There were so many things that we weren't sure of and we didn't get to know our score. :/
After the games, we had Choir Practice then games again.
Next was, station thingy. Groups 3 & 4 were together. Our first station was to pass 5 crackers (I think it was crackers, haha!), 3 boiled peanuts and 2 watermelon seeds using the following..
1st person: chopsticks
2nd person: stirring spoon for coffee (holding it with your mouth)
3rd & 4th person: plastic spoon (holding it with your mouth)
5th person: plastic spoon for soup (again, holding it with your mouth)
6th person: paper plate where the food would be put on (holding it with your mouth)
7th person: eat the food using the mouth
Quite difficult? Well, I told them that I wanted to be the first `cause it had the easiest job. :P Then Meera, Lisa, Lydia, Ka Khay, Kaiwit & Steven, haha! Steven would eat the food. :)) We were doing good till the boiled peanuts came. :/ It was too big to be put in the stirring spoon. But we managed to finish. :D When Steven was about to eat the boiled peanuts, we were laughing `cause he couldn't use his hand to peel it off but then Filvi said that it's ok to just put it in his mouth then spit it out. :)) Funny. :D
Second station was just run to the end side of the court, get the prawn crackers using your mouth again, run back and put it on the paper plate. Easy, wasn't it? But then whenever Cedric would blow the whistle once, we must stop. If twice, we could go on. We finished first. :D Kyot. :D
Third station, 2 people must do the monkey bars, 4 people must do the log-lifting, and 4 people must do the inclined pull ups. Kaiwit did the monkey bars then I asked Steven to do the other one but he said he couldn't, so no one did it anymore. I asked him to do log-lifting but again, he said he couldn't and he didn't even do the pull ups. It was the girls who did it. Useless guy. :)) No offense. :))
Fourth station, sing Singapore's National Anthem then something like soccer. But that time, Steven wasn't useless. All of us were amazed when he blocked the ball just by catching it. Cool. :D
Last station, it was a relay. 2 people would walk with their legs tied-up together then 4 people would do the "sack race". Geddit? :)) If our team loses, we would forfeit. And yeah, we lost. :/ We had 3 options. Sing the MacPherson March, do teh chicken dance or do pole dancing. Of course, we did the MP March. We were singing except for Steven so Michelle told us to repeat it again but I didn't want to so I said, "He must sing solo, ye know." Haha! Was I bad? :)) Yeah, I was. Anyway, they let him sing solo but he was mumbling and walking around and they were tired following him so they just passed him. Useless guy. :))
Games was over and we ate our dinner, bathed, then we wacthed a movie. I didn't get to start the movie and I didn't like it so I watched "The Notebook" in Keeshia's iPod. :)) Bad girl. :D Ok, after that, we ate our midnight snack then sleeping time. :D Lights out was 11 but Keeshia and I still talked a lot so we slept at past 12am. :))
Tuesday
I was awake by 6.30am. We went to the basketball court and we ran 5 times around it. :/ Then we could either play basketball or captain's ball. Most girls played captain's ball and our team won. :D
In the morning, we just had choir practice then we had 1 hour preparation (think so) for the Choir Exchange with Bedok Town and Bedok South. The programme started at 2pm (think so, haha!) and it ended at 5pm. It was tiring `cause we were wearing our heels, can you imagine that? I'm not even used to wearing heels, ye know. :/
We had 2 hours of rest then dinner time. At exactly 8pm, we started the "Why Moo When You Can Sing 2007". Wooooh! Ok, I`ma explain it. We just needed to sing any song that we want to sing but no foul words or any vulgarities, haha!, and we can either sing individually or by groups. It's like a mini-competition. :)) Anyway, first was the individual 'singers'. :D Keeshia sang "If I ain't got you" and again, she nailed it, just like last year. Yay! Pinay pride. :D But for me, the most fun to watch was Steven. :)) He sang "Sway" by Michael Buble and I really do like his voice. I was surprised that he has such a nice and sexy voice. :))
Anyway.. I don't really want to embarrass him or anything. :D He was just sooooo shy. Haha! Anyway.. I sang with Christine and we sang.. Tentenenen... "A little bit". :X Honestly, I really chose that song `cause I like it and it's dedicated for someone. ♥ Uhem!! And honestly, I was just looking at the window while singing, reminiscing everything to lessen my nervousness. :D It kinda helped but there were times that I wanted to laugh. =))
Hayy.. After the WMWYCS, we ate supper then games. It was the Station Thingy again but it was more fun and exciting. :)) Our first clue was "Ez-link please! See you at attention. :)" and we knew right away that it would either be in the Foyer or Bball court `cause if we're late in school, usually you need to go there and give ur ez-link. So we went to the Foyer and court but no one was there. Then there was a guy outside the school looking at the Foyer and was calling "Michelle! Michelle!" so I looked at the Foyer and I saw 2 people hiding behind the plants. :)) I called my groupmates and we saw Michelle and Jing Hui. :D I was walking behind then I screamed `cause I saw a frog. Haha! Everyone looked behind and I told them, "There was a frog." They just smiled at me. :)) Anyway.. 2 people must blow the balloons, 2 people will pass it using their foreheads, another 2 people would use their backs and the last one would burst the balloon by sitting on it. Everyone asked Steven to burst the balloons but then he said that he has a balloon phobia. Of course I didn't believe him `cause maybe he was just making excuses but when he said, "Ask Lee." I believed him. :)) Anyway, he and Lisa blew the balloons, Ka Khay and Lydia used their foreheads :)), Meera and I used our backs and finally Kaiwit burst the balloons. :)) The Athletics teacher even scolded us `cause it was already pass 12am that time and other campers were already asleep. :/ It was fun `cause every balloon that would burst we'd all cover our ears. :))
Second clue was, "Chiku (think so) Ismail poo poo" and it was in the boys toilet. We were asked on what's our favorite drink and all agreed for mineral water. Harr! We needed to spell butt the word mineral water ye know. Harr!! After that, we were supposed to eat marshmallow with soy sauce, pepper and salt on it, watermelon seeds and drink something with chilli inside. Eeeww!! Actually, Kaiwit and Steven were useless. The girls ate and drank the disgusting things ye know. Steven ate one marshee but I think he threw it up. :)) Useless guys. Hmpf!!
Third clue was, "Where Yong Zu came from" (something like that). It was in 4F classroom. So far that was the most fun. Ka Khay was blindfolded and Kaiwit directed her using sounds, not words, `cause that was the instruction. He was stomping his feet, clapping his hand and snapping. :)) Ka Khay was crawling under the tables and she bumped her head a lot of times. Aww.. I pity her. After that, we needed to pass the rubberbands in a chopsticks, using our mouth, to each other. Hayy.. It was crazy but it was fun.
Fourth clue was, ".......and lights on" (I forgot). Anyway.. It was in the hall and we were looking for people there but he was hiding and we took a long time looking for him. Finally we saw him, he was Gabrielle. Nice hiding place. Behind the white board. :)) Ok.. It was Charades. 2 people would act it out and again, we suggested the guys to do it. :)) But before that, they must turn around 10 times. :)) I pity the guys. They were soooooo dizzy especially Steven. :)) Funny. :)) Anyway.. Steven was first and he acted the first word as "I dunno". We were like, "Dunno??" He nodded and we were all puzzled. :)) Cedric said that he doesn't know how to act it out. :)) Anyway.. Second word was cow and the phrase was "The cow jumped over the moon". Second was Kaiwit and the first word was read. He was still acting the second word and I guessed it. It was "Read between the lines". :D Yay!!
Fifth clue was, "In between two uniforms". It was in the bball court above the shooting range. That was the clue because it was in between our school and Maha Bodhi. Cool. :D Anyway.. We needed to cross over the plastic straws (like the rope) and we musn't touch it. Well, it was okay. After that, we needed to act out any scene from Titanic and we were soooo funny `cause we acted out the scene when everyone jumped down. :))
Hayy.. The game was fun. :D We finished by 1.30am. :(( So early in the morning. :)) Hayy!! It was tiring but it was fun.
Wednesday
I woke-up before 8am. I bathed and I didn't get to eat my breakfast. :/ We had choir practice in the morning and in the afternoon, we had the Combine Performance with the other CCA. :D After that, we had the clean-up and then we just answered a reflection paper. Then picture taking and then.. we all went home. Yay!! It was tiring but over-all, I really had a great time. :D
Sorry for some errors. :/ It's sooooo freakin` long and I'm lazy editing it. :)) Bleh! :P
Hayy.. Madaya nanay ko!! Umuwi ng Pinas. Andaya!! :(( Gusto ko din umuwi!! Harr!! Next monday pasok nanaman. Nakakatamad. Sana laging may 1 week vacation. :D Btw, nakakasuka ang manok. Lahat ng meal namin nung camp ay manok. Bokbokbok.
